In this leadership role, you will take responsibility for a dedicated customer service team in the area of Security and actively shape the further development of our service organization. Your new tasks

• You lead and develop a customer service team in the area of Security in the Reinach region technically, organizationally, and personally.
• You ensure reliable, customer-oriented, and economical order and service processing - from planning and coordination to successful implementation.
• You are responsible for the technical, scheduled, and commercial target achievement of your team and ensure transparency regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and resources.
• You plan and control personnel and material resources and ensure optimal utilization as well as forward-looking deployment planning.
• You promote the development of your employees, strengthen cooperation within the team, and create an environment in which personal responsibility and continuous improvement are lived.
• You review existing processes, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements together with your team as well as across departments.
• You work closely with internal interfaces, sales, project organization, and customers, thereby contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and the success of our Security organization.

Your talents and experiences

• You have completed training in electrical, security, or building technology or an IT training with relevant further education at HF/FH/NDS/CAS level - or bring a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in a service or project environment, ideally in security, building, or electrical technology.
• You bring leadership experience or are ready to take the next developmental step into a leadership role.
• You understand business management contexts, work in a structured manner, and make decisions with a view to quality, customer benefit, and profitability.
• You are a resilient, committed, and communicative personality who motivates people, takes responsibility, and shapes changes constructively.
• You work confidently with MS Office and use digital tools efficiently in daily leadership and work.
• You communicate very well in German, both written and spoken; English skills and/or another national language are an advantage.
