WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Management of the overall system development of complex air defense systems (System of Systems)
• Leadership of a team with various sub-project managers and their teams
• Coordination of the technical area of involved international partner companies, with one's own development work, within the framework of international development cooperation
• Program planning in cooperation with the commercial program manager (m/f/d)
• Creation of technical contract documents (product specifications, acceptance concepts) as well as the performance description for partners and suppliers
• Execution of the analysis of customer inquiries and needs
• Development of overall and subsystem solutions incl. embedding in higher-level systems and creation of the Top Level Design Doc
• Creation of overall system concepts and execution of technical presentations and customer discussions

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Sound leadership experience and a track record in technical project management of complex projects / programs
• Technical academic degree (FH/ETH)
• Relevant professional experience in the field of system design of complex overall systems
• Additional training in business administration topics is an advantage
• Military training or further professional experience in the Defence area is an advantage
• Independent way of working and strong teamwork skills
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Readiness for travel activities in connection with project assignments
• IPMA Level A/B is an advantage
