As part of a maternity leave replacement, the new early childhood childcare structure Guy\-Olivier Segond is looking for an Early Childhood Educator 80% Early Childhood Educator 80% Your mission and your responsibilities \- Organize the reception and support of children while ensuring a quality service that complies with current standards. \- Contribute to and ensure the implementation of the pedagogical project of the childcare structure and the institution. \- Develop and implement educational actions in connection with the pedagogical project. \- Support and supervise the activity of interns, trainees, ASE and assistants. \- Create a group dynamic favorable to the awakening, development and socialization of children. \- Ensure the formalization and transmission of information to families. \- Collaborate in the preparation and animation of information and exchange meetings with the representatives of the children. Your profile \- Be in possession of a recognized early childhood educator diploma. \- Demonstrate spirit of initiative, capacity for adaptation, enthusiasm, openness and benevolence. \- Demonstrate a great capacity for listening, good stress management and ease in communication.
