Your profile: • Completed training as a chef/cook EFZ • Experience in supporting people with a mental disability is an advantage • Knowledge of work education is an advantage, but not necessarily required • High social competence, leadership skills, empathy, and communication skills • Structured, solution-oriented, and motivating work approach • Flexibility and willingness to work in our other areas • Teamwork skills • High stress tolerance, flexibility, and enjoyment of working with different people • Good user knowledge of MS Office • PW pass is required. Your tasks: Work educational support and team leadership • Technical and work educational guidance of clients • Individual support according to personal skills and resources • Reference person work for a certain number of clients • Management of operational and case-related documentation of work processes and development paths (RedLine) and administration • Shaping a appreciative and stable work environment • Work instruction and support of a group or individual clients • Contact with external offices (social services, authorities, doctors, clinics) Kitchen and catering • Planning and organization of balanced, healthy, and ecological midday meals • Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, and budget compliance • Daily cooking for approx. 20 - 30 people • Joint preparation and serving of meals Household services and hygiene • Ensuring and controlling cleaning according to applicable hygiene standards (HACCP) • Management, presentation, and decoration in the dining room • Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and health protection guidelines We offer: • A challenging, exciting, and varied job • Regulated working hours from Monday to Friday • No weekend shifts • 5 weeks of vacation • Meaningful and varied activity with social impact • Collaboration in a committed and appreciative team • Opportunities for professional and personal development • Good social benefits • Central workplace in immediate proximity to Basel SBB train station
