Your missions?

As a Consultant Lead, you will work with our clients to transform and modernize their entire software development life cycle (SDLC) through Artificial Intelligence. You will design Business Analysis, Software, and Quality Engineering strategies augmented by generative and agentic technologies. Your goal is to accelerate deliveries, from ideation to production, while guaranteeing a maximum level of quality and resilience. You will support the adoption of these new practices within organizations.

• Audit, Consulting, and Global Transformation: Evaluate the maturity of all SDLC phases at our clients. Identify opportunities for AI automation from requirement capture to deployment, define the strategic roadmap, lead scoping workshops, and support change management.
• Augmented Business Analysis & Scoping: Design AI agents and workflows to accelerate and reliable the scoping phase: automation of specification writing, generation and refinement of complex User Stories, early detection of functional contradictions, and business process modeling.
• AI-powered Software Architecture & Quality Engineering: Design software and testing architectures where AI agents analyze requirements, source code, APIs, and documentation. Automate code generation as well as the creation of functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and performance tests.
• Agentic Automation & CI/CD: Develop and orchestrate autonomous agents capable of performing backlog triage, defect categorization, as well as test development and maintenance (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest). Ensure their native integration into Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• RAG & Knowledge Capitalization: Exploit and connect knowledge bases from all SDLC stages (Jira, Confluence, Git, APM tools, Business Analysis tools) to feed LLMs, contextualize agent decisions, and eliminate hallucinations.
• Governance, DevSecOps & Human-in-the-Loop: Define the target operating model and the role of human validation (Human-in-the-Loop). Establish quality standards, code security (DevSecOps), traceability, and maintainability of deployed AI solutions.
• Performance and Leadership: Drive productivity and reliability indicators across the entire value chain, continuously improve agents, ensure technological monitoring, and act as a trusted advisor to client teams (C-Level, Product Owners, Devs, QA).

Your profile?

• 7+ years of experience combining consulting, technical Business Analysis, Software Engineering, and Quality Engineering, with a global and cross-functional mastery of all SDLC phases.
• Excellent culture of product and engineering methodologies: Requirements Engineering (Business Analysis), Agile/Scrum practices, software architecture, software testing strategies, and DevOps/CI-CD culture.
• Solid technical mastery: Python and/or TypeScript, API design/consumption, Git, and automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest or equivalents).
• Concrete experience in AI applied to Delivery: Use and deployment of code assistants (Copilots) or autonomous agents applied to specification, development, or QA phases, with an acute awareness of their limits and biases.
• Generative AI Skills: Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar).
• Leader and consultant posture: Highly analytical mindset, excellent multidisciplinary communication, ability to popularize technical concepts to business teams and to challenge technical management.
