Service Manager 60-100%

As of 1 September 2026, we are looking for a: SERVICE MANAGER 60 – 100% (f/m/d) Your tasks • Co-responsibility for the operational restaurant & bar operations with approx. 12 employees (incl. apprentices) • Responsible for smooth service, incl. active cooperation at the front & cooperation with the kitchen • Control & promotion of quality standards as well as continuous training of the employees Representation of the Restaurant Fredi management in their absence: • Checking of the daily accounts • Support with shift planning, cash register programming, customer correspondence & reservation management via email & telephone, cleaning planning and various other administrative tasks What you bring • Training and/or further education in gastronomy and fluent German skills in spoken & written • Leadership experience & several years of à la carte service experience • Passionate host with a good sense for guests & employees • You are used to flexible working hours (shift times vary: Monday – Sunday, incl. closing hour) • You are an open team player and convince through your positive professional attitude What we offer • A varied field of activity in a unique culture & gastronomy house • A well-coordinated team in a house with a lot of cross-departmental cooperation • Market-standard wages & working conditions • Central workplace in the heart of Winterthur's old town • Discounts for consumption in Restaurant Fredi as well as free tickets for the theater If gastronomy is not just a job for you, but a passion, and you do not lose your enthusiasm even with irregular working hours, then we look forward to your complete application documents incl. salary expectations.
