As a strategic business partner, you will define and execute the company's digital roadmap, ensuring that technology, data, and business solutions create tangible value while providing secure, efficient, and reliable services. You will work closely with General Management, Business Domain Managers, and Corporate IT to accelerate innovation, optimize business processes, and support ETEL's long-term growth. Your responsibilities *Strategy, business partnership & governance* • Align technological and digital initiatives with business priorities and corporate strategy. • Act as a trusted advisor to General Management and Business Domain Managers. • Drive digital transformation, AI, automation, and data initiatives across the organization. • Identify opportunities for simplification and optimization of business processes. • Establish governance for business applications, corporate data, and digital investments. • Lead project and portfolio prioritization while ensuring clear accountability for business processes, applications, and master data. *Technology & digital solutions* • Lead the Technological Services, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Solutions teams. • Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital workstation services. • Govern ERPs and enterprise applications in accordance with corporate roadmaps and business needs. • Sponsor AI, automation, and data initiatives supporting business performance. • Lead the PMO and supervise solution architecture as well as the delivery of strategic projects. • Promote continuous improvement of digital capabilities across the company. • Coordinate ETEL's international IT hubs and act as the main interface with HEIDENHAIN group IT. *Leadership* • Lead, develop, and inspire the IT/IS organization. • Manage business system analysts and IT specialists while supporting a network of Business Domain Managers. • Foster a culture of collaboration, customer orientation, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Build a high-performing team capable of supporting ETEL's business ambitions. Your profile • University degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or business; an MBA or postgraduate degree is an asset • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience. • Proven success in leading digital transformations, business technologies, or information systems organizations. • Experience in an international industrial environment. • Solid expertise in ERP and enterprise business solutions. • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation programs. • Experience in project and portfolio management. • Enterprise applications (ERP, PLM, CRM, DMS, SAP is a plus). • Proficiency in English.
