For our AMAG Petit-Lancy team, we are looking for a Mechanical after-sales service advisor (M/F) 100% for a position to be filled immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• You follow interested persons, from appointment coordination to the handover of the vehicle and maintain active relations with the customer
• You collaborate closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and the customer
• You establish offers in accordance with the mandate, you check the condition of the vehicle in terms of cleanliness and completeness and you ensure professional processing of workshop orders
• You guarantee a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers thanks to your professional knowledge and your passion for global mobility

Your profile ##

• Training in automotive technology such as automobile mechanic CFC or automobile mechatronician CFC with solid commercial skills
• Several years of professional experience as an after-sales advisor, ideally acquired in a medium to large dealership
• Confident, neat presentation and impeccable manners
• High sense of service, taste for communication and willingness to commit
• In-depth IT knowledge and ELSA software an asset
• Good knowledge of English, B2 level
• Category B driving license
