Your tasks In this key position, you are responsible for Inside Sales and Customer Service and make a significant contribution to achieving the company and sales goals. Reporting directly to the management, you will continuously develop the area. Together with your team, you ensure high service quality, efficient processes, and a strong customer orientation. Through targeted coaching, you promote individual responsibility, performance, and sales affinity. You are responsible for the operational daily business, the KSB product group (corrected safety glasses), as well as active support in customer care and order processing. As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with Sales, Purchasing, Product Management, HR, IT, Warehouse, and other companies of the uvex group. In doing so, you optimize processes and drive changes sustainably. You use CRM systems, forecasts, and key figure analyses to identify customer potentials, expand revenue opportunities, and enable informed decisions for sales and management. Your profile You have commercial training as well as several years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or Customer Service Management. Leadership experience as well as a sure sense for people and change processes round off your profile. You are proficient in SAP, Excel, and CRM systems. Data-based decisions, customer segmentations, and the derivation of effective measures for customer retention and revenue increase are part of your daily work routine. Entrepreneurial thinking, sales affinity, and a strong understanding of processes characterize you. You recognize potentials, question existing structures, and successfully implement pragmatic solutions. Initiative, a hands-on mentality, and a sense of responsibility are combined with a modern understanding of leadership. You use digital developments and new technologies as an opportunity to further develop your area. You communicate stylishly in German and move confidently between strategic and operational issues. English skills as well as experience with AI-supported tools are an advantage.
