What you can contribute

• Participate in the implementation and continuous development of contract management within the specialized requisition service, as well as the planning, triggering, coordination, and control of requisition measures within the assigned area of responsibility, while ensuring implementation in accordance with decisions and contracts
• Ensure the provision of services, material, and infrastructure intended for military engagements, in accordance with needs, on time, and respecting the required quality
• Provide technical advice, support the management of the specialized requisition service, assume an interface role, and handle coordination with internal and external partners
• Manage and monitor the requisition portfolio, which includes the analysis and processing of discrepancies as well as participation in the assumption of responsibility and receipt of services
• Maintain and develop relevant information systems, establish reports and decision bases, develop specialized concepts, manage projects, and represent the Army Logistics Base in technical committees and interdisciplinary working groups

What makes you unique

• Degree from a higher education institution (ES, HES, or university) in business administration, public management, logistics, or a similar field, ideally with training in leadership or public administration
• Several years of experience in leadership or project management within complex, interdisciplinary, or security-related organizations, ideally in connection with logistics, acquisitions, or public administration
• Very good knowledge regarding processes related to logistics, acquisitions, and requisitions, including regarding contracts, market analysis, and financial steering (budget, controlling, and credit management)
• Strong affinity for digital processes and systems, particularly interconnected applications (logistics, administration, or planning)
• Assertive skills in negotiation, analysis, and direction, excellent social skills, stress resistance, and the ability to take structured decisions in a network
• Very good active knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language

In this central function situated halfway between strategic planning, legal directives, and operational availability, you ensure that all army requisition processes are efficient, transparent, and reliable. You coordinate services, infrastructure, and resources, create mandatory scope bases, and ensure that the army maintains its capacity for action at all times, in daily life as well as in emergencies.
