This is what you can achieve. • You create structure and clear priorities within the DEX initiatives, develop a sound understanding of the digital user experience, and consistently align the backlog with value generation. • Through the analysis of data and feedback, you make the impact of initiatives transparent and develop them in a targeted manner. • From prioritization to implementation, you accompany initiatives and ensure clear progress and success measurement. • In close cooperation with IT, HR, and other areas, you translate requirements into implementable solutions, provide sound recommendations for action, and actively participate in projects. • You support the development of a uniform, transparent working model (e.g., Kanban-based) and participate in the further development of control, communication, and feedback formats. • You develop and manage the digital Employee Journey – from onboarding to offboarding – and ensure that central touchpoints are prioritized and effectively improved. • You further develop user-centered personas and ensure that these serve as a basis for decisions and prioritizations.
