Sous Chef at 100% workload
Job Description

• Leading a satellite kitchen
• Preparation and production of meals according to the current daily menu plan
• Ensuring smooth operations during operating hours
• Assisting in the organization and implementation of the offering concept as well as goods calculation
• Co-responsible for ordering and inventory management
• You are co-responsible for the training and passing on of information to new employees
• Monthly inventory
• You support the plating at the menu station and are responsible for the meal distribution during the lunch service
• You ensure that all guests receive impeccable service at all points of sale
• You ensure the quality of the food, pay attention to compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• You communicate exemplarily and confidently with guests in German and English

Desired Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Cook (EFZ degree)
• Several years of professional experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Ideally experience in a large business, system catering/communal catering
• Organized, independent and responsible
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• Proficient German and English skills
• Time and Task Management and resilience are essential
