The «Leadership & Purpose» focus area of the Theologische Fakultät of the Universität Luzern is looking for, as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement, a a Teaching and Research Officer 70% «Leadership and Purpose» We are looking for a scientific personality who independently helps shape research and teaching in the tension field between theology and leadership and contributes as a dialogical sparring partner in an innovative, interdisciplinary developmental context. The focus area works with a dialogical research approach in which knowledge is co-creatively generated and further developed between disciplines. We are looking for a personality who actively supports this form of joint knowledge development. The position is integrated into the small «Theologie und Leadership» team as well as with international partners and enables substantive and methodological exchange among researchers. The goal is to further develop the Theology and Leadership focus area as an internationally visible place for innovative, dialogical leadership research.
