For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for an experienced and personally convincing HR leader. You can expect a versatile key role in which you will act close to the executive management, lead a dedicated team, and further develop the HR organization with your ideas and expertise.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the HR department as well as functional and personnel leadership of the team as a member of the departmental management
• Advising the executive management, managers, and employees on personnel-related, strategic, and labor law issues
• Continuous development of the HR strategy, processes, and structures for modern and professional HR work
• Active co-design of HR projects with a focus on Employer Branding and organizational development
• Ensuring high service quality together with the team as well as operational involvement if required

Your profile

• Several years of HR experience in a complex, personnel-intensive, and demanding service environment as well as proven leadership and advisory competence
• Sound HR education with advanced training at FH, MAS, MBA, or comparable level
• Broad HR specialist knowledge, particularly in Swiss labor law and operational HR, as well as a good understanding of economic contexts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic foresight, and the ability to implement ideas pragmatically and effectively
• Empathic, integral, and decisive personality that inspires people, creates clarity, and acts confidently even in demanding situations
