Cook EFZ

We are a family business in Kandersteg. The hotel and restaurant are open all year round. We offer continuous warm cuisine throughout the day from 11 to 21 Uhr. To reinforce our 4-7 person team, we are looking for an immediate Cook (m/f/d) EFZ/EBA This is a year-round position and the workload is 100%. Our high season is in summer and winter. During this time, no holidays are possible. Your tasks: • The area of application includes all kitchen stations • Preparation of the Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service • Pre-production of products • Independent preparation of dishes and daily specials • General cleaning work • Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP Your profile: • Completed training as Cook EFZ/EBA • Experience in various stations • Friendly, professional, as well as customer- and service-oriented appearance • High quality and responsibility awareness • Independent way of working • Good English and/or German knowledge We offer: • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Contemporary working hours • Independent work • You can expect discounts in our 2nd business in Faulensee • Flexible catering options • Staff accommodation subject to availability
