HR Coordinator Company description For one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for an HR Coordinator M/F 6 month temporary contract Activity rate 100% Job description Ensure the coordination of services related to employee mobility (organization of moves, management of arrivals and departures, medical visits, spouse support, management of tax procedures, etc.). Manage social security secondment procedures in collaboration with the various internal stakeholders and the relevant external organizations. Guarantee the proper handling of family allowance files by the HR department, then ensure the integration of these allowances into the payroll process. Ensure the proper implementation of affiliations and cancellations with social organizations by the HR department. Carry out the affiliation of employees with pension schemes, social security, and the provident fund. Profile sought You are recognized for your rigor and your ability to ensure constant follow-up, with a good ease in managing frequent requests through various channels. You possess a Bachelor or Master level degree in human resources, or an equivalent with a validated HR certification. You have at least 2 years of significant initial experience in international mobility and/or human resources management. You demonstrate reactivity, reliability, rigor, and a strong sense of customer service. You perfectly master French and have a good level of English (equivalent to Cambridge level B2\).
