Job description ## Are you a rigorous person, endowed with an excellent analytical mind and comfortable with complex files? Do you wish to contribute to essential missions for the Vaud population, within the Communes and nationality or Civil status divisions of the Service de la population? We are looking for two Specialized Case Managers to investigate and process complex files, guarantee the uniform application of federal and cantonal legislation, advise internal and external partners, and participate in the quality of services delivered by the department.  The positions are attached respectively to the Division Communes et nationalité - naturalization sector at avenue de Beaulieu 19 or to the Division État civil - analysis of the supervisory authority sector at avenue de Sévelin 46.  * * Responsibilities ## • Analyze and investigate complex files in compliance with legal provisions and current procedures.  • Make decisions autonomously and draft the related administrative acts.  • Advise and support internal and external partners, notably communes, civil status offices, Swiss representations abroad, as well as citizens.  • Ensure the quality, compliance, and evolution of practices, in collaboration with the various actors concerned.  • Participate in transversal activities such as training, sector representation, and continuous improvement of services.  For further information, please consult the job specification corresponding to the position for the naturalization sector here or civil status supervisory authority here. you can also contact the human resources sector at 021/316.49.00. Qualifications ## • CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent (required).  • 5 to 6 years of professional experience in managing complex files or in a field useful to the function.  • Marked interest in the legal field and ability to analyze complex situations.  • Excellent writing skills, analytical mind, and sense of organization.  • Ease in relations with various interlocutors and sense of public service.  • Mastery of usual IT tools.  • Knowledge of nationality law, civil status law, or private international law is an asset.  We offer two fixed-term contracts of one year, renewable. \-------------------------------------------- RECRUITMENT PROCESS Does this description attract you?
