Due to the retirement of a long-standing team member, we are strengthening our customer service immediately or by arrangement with a committed personality as Specialist (m/w/d) Customer Service Pension Fund / BVG 80–100% Your impact with us In your new role, you will independently manage your own diverse customer and broker portfolio. You will be the point of contact for insured persons, customers, and brokers - uncomplicated, solution-oriented, and at eye level. Your specific tasks Advising customers, insured persons, and brokers (by phone and in writing) Processing simple and complex business cases such as: Entries, exits, retirements, WEF, purchases, divorces, IV cases (in cooperation with our reinsurance) Creating offers for plan adjustments and in tenders Helping to shape our digital processes Exchanging with internal interfaces (consulting, asset management, etc.) Collaborating on exciting projects for the further development of our products Why this job is exciting With us, you don't have a classic clerk job Many processes run automatically = you have more time for specialist topics We maintain an active exchange with our customers You bring in your ideas and actively help shape them Varied tasks instead of routine What sets you apart Professional profile First to several years of professional experience with a pension fund / collective foundation in a comparable function.
