At IgLAB, we manufacture the immunoglobulin products Privigen® and Hizentra®, thereby making an important contribution to the supply of patients worldwide.

In this versatile role, you will work closely with production as well as various specialist departments and actively contribute to ensuring and continuously improving our GMP-compliant manufacturing processes.

What to expect ##

• You investigate and process GMP-relevant deviations, conduct sound root cause analyses, and create the corresponding investigation reports.
• You create and coordinate change requests (Change Controls) in cooperation with the involved specialist departments and ensure their consistent follow-up.
• You support GMP-compliant production and participate in the creation and updating of SOPs, procedures, production recipes, and work instructions.
• You collect, visualize, and interpret process and production data, recognize correlations, and support derived improvement measures.
• You represent relevant topics and facts professionally during internal and external audits and inspections.
• You contribute your technical expertise to cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives within the CSL network.
• You work closely with internal specialist departments and stakeholders and support a sustainable and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Professional Experience ##

• You have a completed degree in a scientific or technical field (FH/University).
• You bring relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry as well as good knowledge of the GMP environment.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can process complex issues in a structured manner.
• You are a proactive and communicative personality and attach great importance to exact, structured, and GMP-compliant work.
• You work independently, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You have a strong flair for creating structured reports as well as for the analysis and interpretation of data.
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills round off your profile.
