As part of the strengthening of its HR team, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to actively contribute to talent acquisition activities. Your main missions • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, in collaboration with managers and in compliance with internal procedures • Define and implement adapted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.) • Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and ensure a quality candidate experience • Handle administrative procedures related to recruitment (references, verifications, file follow-up) • Guarantee the reliability and updating of data in the HRIS system dedicated to recruitment • Follow up on internal referrals and probationary periods • Advise and support internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices • Manage incoming requests related to recruitment (emails, calls) Your profile • Higher education (Bachelor or Master), ideally completed by a specialization in human resources • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment for various functions • Significant experience in inhouse recruitment. • Excellent mastery of sourcing tools, notably LinkedIn • Rigor, autonomy, sense of service, excellent listening skills, and results orientation • Collaborative spirit and proactivity • Excellent mastery of French • Residence in the canton of Vaud ideally #LI-Hybrid
