Carfleet accompanies its clients in the management of more than 1'300 vehicles. We coordinate their maintenance, their repairs and their daily monitoring, particularly for electric vehicle fleets spread across several sites.
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with good automotive technical basics, a strong sense of organization and a concrete interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence.

Your mission
-------------

You ensure the daily monitoring of vehicles and coordinate interventions between drivers, clients, service providers and our technical team. Reporting to the technical manager, you ensure the operational coordination of interventions, in connection with the hierarchical managers of the team.

Your activity is divided into two complementary parts:

Approximately 70 %: fleet management for our clients

Daily monitoring of vehicles, assistance to drivers, proactive planning of maintenance and tires, processing of breakdowns and claims, checking of quotes and invoices, quality of files.

Approximately 30 %: coordination of interventions for a dedicated mandate

For a client with a fleet of electric vehicles spread over many sites, you organize the planning and intervention tours, taking into account emergencies, travel, vehicle availability and mobilized resources: two full-time employees, one apprentice and one driver on call.

Your main responsibilities
--------------------------------

• Plan maintenance, repairs, expertises and tire changes.
• Organize tours and adapt schedules to unforeseen events.
• Respond to drivers, collect useful information and coordinate the necessary follow-up.
• Follow up on quotes, agreements, progress of work and return of vehicles.
• Process check-up reports and organize necessary actions.
• Participate in the follow-up of claims, assignments and returns of vehicles.
• Keep files up to date in management software.
• Prepare billing elements and perform simple controls.
• Use AI to facilitate the synthesis of information, the preparation of communications and the organization of work, while controlling results and respecting confidentiality.

Your profile
------------

You have experience in after-sales reception, automotive service advice, workshop coordination or fleet management. A mechanic's background completed by an interest in organization and customer relations is also suitable.

You understand the main maintenance operations, common technical problems and repair quotes. You know how to ask the right questions and recognize situations requiring the opinion of the technical manager.

We are looking for a person who:

• Anticipates, organizes and follows several files until their closure.
• Seeks out information and follows up with interlocutors with diplomacy and firmness.
• Communicates clearly, both orally and in writing, in French.
• Keeps calm in the face of unforeseen events and knows how to set priorities.
• Is comfortable with spreadsheets, calendars and management software.
• Is genuinely interested in AI and wishes to integrate it in a thoughtful way into their daily work.
• Appreciates teamwork and proposes concrete improvements.

Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset. Training on our tools, our procedures and the specificities of the vehicles concerned will accompany your taking up of office.
