Der Abendfrieden, Wohnen & Pflege is a private and non-profit foundation that offers 90 residents individual and holistic care and support in a family-like environment. 150 employees provide supporting services around the clock in nursing, kitchen, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical services, and administration. Additionally, we offer 17 apprenticeships and study places. Well-being and quality of life are central elements for us in accompanying the residents. The team maintains a partnership-based cooperation with residents and employees.

• You are responsible for the organization and professional leadership of the night watch team with up to 9 employees
• Independent planning and control of personnel assignments including absence management as well as on-call service
• Ensuring the quality of care at night and the professional support of approx. 90 residents.
• You actively participate in nursing and care, are aware of the role model position and live this by example
• You are responsible for the professional implementation of preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription
• You are co-responsible for the entire nursing process based on the primary caregiver concept with full documentation in easyDOK based on RAI criteria
• Completed vocational training at tertiary level (HF, FH or equivalent training)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• You have up-to-date nursing expertise in kinesthetics, RAI as well as palliative care
• You live a participatory leadership style characterized by openness, respect, and mutual acceptance
• Proven leadership competence as well as leadership experience
• Completed leadership training is an advantage
• You possess organizational and planning skills
