Litigation Manager 100% DE

For our new subsidiary in Morat which will open its doors on 1 October 2026, we are looking for: litigation managers 100% DE.

Profile:

• More than 3 years of experience in the field
• Languages: Swiss German (mother tongue) and French (advanced level).
• Good knowledge of IT tools.
• Positive personality, endowed with real human qualities as well as a strong sense of negotiation and solution-seeking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills and a global vision in case management.
• Autonomous while having a good team spirit.
• Precision and rigor in administrative follow-up.

Tasks:

• Manage an assigned portfolio and drive your cases with a result objective.
• Process debtor files throughout the entire collection procedure.
• Conduct interviews in a spirit of listening and mediation, to understand the situation of each debtor and identify with them the most suitable solution with the aim of triggering a concrete and lasting commitment.
• Demonstrate a true sense of negotiation: understand needs, know how to argue, overcome objections and lead the interview to an agreement, while preserving the quality of the relationship with the debtor.
• Telephone reception and correspondence with debtors, clients, offices, courts, etc.
