HR Assistant at 40% (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Assistant at 40% (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the administrative management of the employee journey, from their hiring to their departure • You will participate in the different stages of recruitment, notably the scheduling of interviews and the monitoring of applications • You will support the integration of new employees in order to facilitate their assumption of duties. • You will take charge of the administrative follow-up of social insurances and personnel files. • You will respond to employee requests concerning administrative questions related to human resources • You will update databases, monitoring tables and administrative documents • You will collaborate with the HR team in order to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes. • You will ensure the accuracy of personnel information and compliance with internal procedures. Your profile: • You benefit from a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent recognized training. • You possess experience in an administrative environment, ideally in human resources or in the management of temporary employees. • You express yourself easily in French and write documents in a clear, precise and professional manner. • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attach great importance to the quality of your work. • You are able to manage several files simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines. • You work autonomously, while collaborating effectively with the various internal and external interlocutors. • You have a good analytical spirit and know how to find solutions adapted to the situations encountered. • You are recognized for your discretion, your sense of responsibility and your reliability. • You are available as soon as possible to join a mission for a duration of up to two months.
