What you will accomplish ##

• Creation of subscription contracts and commissioning documents for new customers
• Processing various changes, ownership transfers and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the relevant services
• Creation of delivery documents and configuration files for terminals
• Billing of subscription fees and one-off charges
• Providing assistance and advice for customer and distribution partner enquiries

What you bring ##

• Basic commercial training completed with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Several years of commercial experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
• Very good written and oral communication skills in French and German
• Ability to quickly understand complex situations
• Technical affinity as well as a strong sense of service and customer relations
• High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility, with team spirit and a positive attitude
