We are looking for the friendly face of our resort, who welcomes our guests with a smile and, as the first point of contact, transforms wishes into experiences.

What awaits you
Warm reception, professional check-in and check-out as well as care for the guests on-site
Processing of inquiries and information about the resort and surroundings
Complete processing of reservations, bookings and guest data maintenance
Interface and coordination with other departments
Professional and precise communication via telephone, email and in person, forwarding of messages and calls, support in the creation and distribution of information materials for guests
Creation of invoices, payment processing and proper cash management
Administration and reconciliation of reservation accounts

What you bring with you
Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the reception / front desk area
Excellent communication skills in German and English are essential, other foreign languages are an advantage
Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
High service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with people
Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Confident handling of MS Office and common hotel software systems
Responsible handling of sensitive data and information
Reliability and a sense of responsibility
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Teamwork skills and a positive attitude
