For a modern corporate catering business in Bern, we are looking for an organizationally strong (m/f/d) Sous Chef Solo Cook / Solo Cook (female) Tasks • Support and deputy for the Head Chef. • Responsibility for production (collaboration and leadership). • Active participation in the design of varied menu plans. • Management of events (cocktails, conference rooms). • Administrative tasks (Polyright for invoicing, Mobatime for time management, Diva for emails/reservations). • Compliance with HACCP regulations and the ISO 14001 environmental standard. Qualifications Desired profile: • Professional background: A completed apprenticeship as a cook as well as sound experience in a similar leadership position (ideally in contract catering). • Organizational talent: You maintain an overview even during peak times, work efficiently, and are a solution-oriented team player. • IT affinity: Confident handling of MS Windows and willingness to familiarize yourself with our specific industry programs. • Reliability: An impeccable extract from the debt enforcement register and criminal record is mandatory for this position.
