We are a placement agency active in Switzerland with 5 branches and we are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and relationship-oriented person to join our team. Here is what we are looking for: PERSONNEL CONSULTANT -- 100% Workplace: Ticino Contract type: Permanent Employment degree: 100% Start: To be agreed The selected person will have a central role in the development of the business, dealing with both the search and selection of candidates as well as the management and acquisition of clients, following the entire personnel placement process. Your responsibilities • Active acquisition of new clients and development of new business opportunities • Management and loyalty of the existing and to-be-established client portfolio • Collection and analysis of the personnel needs of client companies • Active search for candidates through databases, job portals, social networks and other recruiting channels • Selection and qualification of candidates • Conducting telephone and in-person interviews • Presentation of professional profiles to client companies • Management of the entire selection and placement process • Preparation and management of candidate dossiers • Coordination and accompaniment of employees during their temporary employment • Maintaining a constant relationship with clients and employees • Administrative and organizational management of activities related to hiring • Monitoring market needs and development of one's own reference sector The profile we are looking for: We are looking for a person who has a commercial spirit, interpersonal skills and a strong motivation to achieve objectives. Preferential qualifications consist of: • Experience in the temporary work, personnel consultancy or recruiting sector in Switzerland • Commercial experience and in client management/acquisition • Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Autonomous, dynamic and organized personality • Orientation towards the customer and the result • Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple activities simultaneously • Good proficiency with IT tools, recruiting portals and CRM • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language • Knowledge of German and/or English We evaluate both profiles with experience in the sector and candidates coming from commercial or recruiting fields with a strong motivation to grow in personnel consultancy.
