Define, plan, and steer the change management strategy for the HRIS transformation in coherence with the program governance and the change management methodology developed by the Service Organisation en Informatique (SOI)
Analyze the organizational and operational impacts of the new HRIS, identify support needs, adoption risks, and potential resistance
Mobilize, train, and lead a network of change ambassadors to promote buy-in, the dissemination of key messages, and the reporting of field feedback
Design and lead communication, awareness, and stakeholder engagement actions in collaboration with the project and communication teams
Develop and implement training and support mechanisms adapted to different user profiles, as well as to program managers and sponsors
Coordinate the production of support materials and content (user guides, operating procedures, FAQ, presentation materials, e-learning content) and guarantee their adequacy with the HRIS evolutions
Define the measurement system for the adoption of the new HRIS, conduct regular evaluations, and analyze the appropriation of new practices using indicators, surveys, and user feedback, then steer the necessary corrective actions
Ensure the steering and consolidation of change after each deployment phase in order to sustainably anchor new practices
Profile
Master's degree in the field of HR, organizational management, work psychology, or in the field of information systems or an equivalent title
Additional training in change management and transformation support, an asset
Proven professional experience in supporting large-scale IS projects, ideally in an HR context or in a public administration
