Mandates Manager
What awaits you with us
After careful introduction, you will look after national corporate clients as well as customers from the public sector (municipalities and cities).
You manage your own portfolio, take responsibility, and enjoy a lot of decision-making leeway in everyday life. Development opportunities within the Mandates Manager team.
You independently carry out tenders, performance comparisons, needs-based recommendations, and their implementation.
You coordinate complex claims cases together with our specialist experts.
You prepare annual reviews and conduct them yourself with the customer.
A structured induction program as well as an introduction to your customers.
What you should bring with you
A completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann) as well as supplementary further training in the insurance sector (federal diploma or alternatively a degree in business administration).
You meet the requirements for intermediary registration with the FINMA.
Several years of experience in looking after corporate clients and public sector customers as well as sound knowledge of the insurance industry. Experience in international brokerage business is an advantage.
Very good German; good English skills are desirable; French is an extra.
You work carefully, with commitment, and always with a strong customer focus.
You combine an independent way of working with a strong team spirit.
