Your tasks:

• You advise people interested in studies with empathy and service orientation - even if they are still uncertain.
• You check applications for study places according to the guidelines and manage admissions administratively.
• You work in close collaboration with the heads of the study programs and ensure smooth proceedings until the start of studies.
• You support the co-management of the Welcome Desk - the place where our clients come with their requests - and you get involved flexibly in the team when support is needed.

Your profile:

• CFC commercial training or equivalent qualification
• German (native language or equivalent), English (at least B2) - French is an asset
• You are communicative, comfortable with digital tools and act autonomously
• You work with precision, reliability and great care
