Supporter in E-Banking Helpdesk (w/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us You act as the first point of contact for our customers in telephone and written 1st-level support regarding digital channels such as E-Banking, Mobile Banking, and payment apps like TWINT. You support our customers with login problems, software and app setups, as well as online payment concerns. You analyze complex concerns and forward them to the 2nd-level support. You are the first point of contact in suspected cases of fraud. You provide occasional collaboration in projects, in testing new E-Banking functions, and in release management. What you bring with you You possess excellent communication skills and are an empathetic, customer-oriented personality with enjoyment in telephone contact with people. You bring a completed commercial or technical education, ideally with experience in the finance or IT sector. Your professional experience in customer service, Contact Center, or IT support is an advantage. You have a strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies and trends. You possess excellent German skills in speaking and writing; additional knowledge in French or Italian is a plus. You enjoy solving technical problems and passing on knowledge, and you have thick skin when things get hectic. You bring experience in dealing with fraud cases and feel confident in professionally receiving corresponding concerns as the first point of contact, performing initial clarifications, and initiating the necessary further steps.
