For our client, a Swiss company established in the production sector, we are looking for a committed HR Partner at 80 - 100% immediately or by agreement. In this versatile function, you will take responsibility for different sectors of the company in a global manner and combine daily HR operations with strategic questions. You will benefit from a high degree of autonomy and can actively contribute to the development and digitization of human resources. The workplace in the Seeland region is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks at the new employer

• You support managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle and advise competently on operational and strategic HR issues
• You are autonomously responsible for the entire recruitment process and simultaneously contribute to the development of an attractive employer positioning
• You analyze and optimize existing HR processes and advance their harmonization, standardization, as well as their digitization in collaboration with the team
• You actively participate in personnel planning, organizational development, and strategic HR issues, develop relevant analyses and derive appropriate measures from them

You offer your new employer

• A basic commercial training as well as complementary training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function; experience in a production or industrial environment is an advantage
• A very good command of German as well as confident MS Office skills complete your profile; other languages and experience with Abacus or comparable HR systems are a plus
• A proactive, flexible, and service-oriented personality, endowed with great knowledge of people, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial approach to work
