At these shop locations, we are currently offering apprenticeship positions in this training:

• Shop Adliswil
• Shop Dietikon
• Shop Oerlikon
• Shop Stadelhofen
• Shop Wetzikon

What you bring

• Your place of residence should not be more than one hour away from the shop location
• You have completed the compulsory school period at the middle or upper primary school level with consistently good to very good performance
• German, mathematics, and at least one foreign language (French or English) are among your strengths
• You are fascinated by the products and trends of the ICT world
• You convince with your good oral as well as written expression and communication skills - whether in German or a foreign language
• You place great value on good manners and can easily empathize with your counterpart
• In hectic situations, you maintain calm and are physically and mentally resilient
• Your curiosity drives you to constantly want to discover and learn new things
• You know the slightly different apprenticeship model of Swisscom and definitely want to be a part of it
• Upon reaching adulthood, as part of the integrity check, a criminal record will be requested before the start of the apprenticeship

Your training

Duration: 3 years
School locations: As a rule, the school location is within the canton of employment
Federal Vocational Baccalaureate: possible

Qualification: Detailhandelsfachfrau EFZ / Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ
Further training opportunities: numerous profession-related further training courses, also in the commercial field. With Federal Vocational Baccalaureate, studies at a University of Applied Sciences or a Higher Technical College
