Since the current job holder will focus in the future on leading the HR of the entire group as well as her tasks in the executive management, we are looking for reinforcement for our HR team at the headquarters in Altishofen.

Area of responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that the right employees, in the necessary number and with the required qualifications, work at Galliker and that Galliker is perceived as an attractive employer
• Leadership, coaching and development of the 11-member HR team in Altishofen and continuous organizational, operational and strategic development of the area in consultation with the executive management
• Ambassador for our company culture and our values
• Strengthening employee commitment and satisfaction
• Ensuring up-to-date, modern personnel management along the entire HR lifecycle, a high service quality and compliance with all personnel law and social insurance requirements
• Sparring partner for managers and competent advice on all HR and labor law issues as well as ensuring the legally compliant implementation of applicable labor law
• Optimization and digitalization of existing HR processes and HR instruments

Requirement profile

• Higher education or further training in the field of Human Resources or an adjacent field (finance, law) and several years of experience in a similar function
• Proven leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance, and payroll processing
• Ideally experience in a manual / industrial environment
• Integrated, far-sighted, open and pragmatic personality with a hands-on mentality - you do not want to just lead strategically, but above all also help out operationally
• Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for digitalization
• Proficient German skills as well as very good English and French skills, further languages an advantage
