YOUR PROFILE Completed commercial training At least 2 years of professional experience in reservations in 4* or 5* hospitality Fluent command of German and English required, any other language, such as Italian, is an asset Strong service spirit, high awareness of quality as well as love of detail Neat appearance, good professional manners and a friendly attitude Empathic and discreet personality, as well as the willingness to go the extra mile ?
