As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for our Customer Care department for a: Customer Care Coordinator M/F 8 month fixed-term contract ID 50000674 Your mission As part of your mission, you will be the preferred point of contact for our Swiss and international customers. Your main responsibility is the management and follow-up of your customer portfolios. You ensure proactive communication with customers in order to anticipate any potential requests. As the main point of contact with customers, you also manage all the administrative parts: preparation of offers and processing of orders in SAP, follow-up of deliveries and deadlines, transmission of export documents, etc. In addition, you take care of sample requests and the updating of customer data. In this position, you ensure the liaison and collaborate closely with different departments (Finance, Planning, Shipping, Logistics, Technical Office, etc.), and seek out the information you need in order to respond to the various requests of your customers. Your profile Having a CFC as a commercial employee, you benefit from experience in an international environment and in industry.
