As Group Leader Customer Team Accident, you will strengthen the Claims business unit in the Personal Insurance Benefits area at the Kriens location at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. You will lead a team of around 12 claims specialists in the UVG/UVGZ area and promote your employees professionally and personally. Together with the specialist managers and the leadership team of the German-speaking Switzerland region, you will further develop cooperation and working methods and ensure customer-oriented and efficient benefit provision.

• You lead a team of around 12 claims specialists in the UVG/UVGZ area and promote their professional and personal development.
• You are responsible for the personnel process from recruitment and onboarding to appraisal and development discussions.
• You work closely with the specialist managers of your team and the leadership team of the German-speaking Switzerland region.
• You maintain exchange with internal and external partners and jointly develop suitable solutions for our customers.
• You continuously develop your area and actively shape changes and innovations.

What distinguishes you

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and sound experience in claims processing in the accident area.
• Experience in the leadership and development of employees or demonstrable experience in a comparable specialist leadership role.
• Understanding of technical and digital developments as well as confident handling of IT topics.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as clear and appreciative communication.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to set priorities even in demanding situations.
