As part of the Wyniger Gruppe, Ryago AG provides catering for guests and employees in hospitals, clinics, homes, schools, and staff restaurants in Basel and the region – with selected culinary ideas and concepts. For our kitchen team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Commis de Cuisine, starting immediately or by arrangement. What you will do ● Independent preparation of dishes at various stations ● Assistance in the pre-preparation and preparation of menus, buffets, and events ● Compliance with HACCP guidelines and hygiene regulations ● Careful handling of fresh, seasonal products ● Support of the Head Chef in daily business ● Cleanliness and order at your workplace What you bring with you ● Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ ● Initial professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement ● Joy in cooking as well as a strong sense of hygiene and quality ● Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience ● Good German language skills ● Reliability and an independent way of working What we offer you ● A motivated, collegial team and an appreciative working atmosphere ● Regulated working hours without evening and weekend shifts (depending on location) ● Employment according to L-GAV with fair employment conditions ● Further education and development opportunities within the Wyniger Gruppe
