Your tasks • Personnel and team management (7 people) at the Suhr location • Responsibility for the areas of baked goods, pasta and logistics • Monitoring of occupancy numbers and budget specifications • Collaboration in the departments at the Suhr location and occasional, cross-location collaboration in Aarau (order processing) • Processing of customer inquiries and internal product developments • Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards as well as contributing to necessary adjustments • Collaboration in the further development of the foundation You bring • Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the food sector and/or Bachelor HF/FH • Experience in personnel and team management at eye level with employees • Enjoyment of working with food and interest and skill in developing new products • Good work organization, networked thinking and acting • Stress tolerance, flexibility, team ability, reliability and independence • Good IT user skills (Office365) • Driver's license category B, manual transmission • Experience in reference person work is an advantage We offer you • A motivated team • An exciting and varied work environment where you can get involved and help shape it • Independent work • Collaboration in interdisciplinary work groups • 20% on the entire Töpferhaus range • Loyalty bonus • Success participation in good business • Additional child and education allowances on top of the cantonal ones • Good public transport connection • Contribution to your fitness • Free parking available • Own canteen with discounts
