Bartender 100% (m/f) - BAR AU PREMIER HB ZÜRICH Immediately or by arrangement, a reliable personality as: Bartender (m/f) 100% Be a Candrian - Your tasks: You receive and look after our guests with a friendly and courteous manner and actively approach them You ensure a smooth workflow in front of and behind the bar A carefully organized mise en place is just as much part of your area of responsibility as compliance with HACCP hygiene standards Cleanliness, order, and a flawless appearance are a matter of course for you Monitoring compliance with legal regulations (e.g., youth protection, allergen declaration, food law) Responsibility for the professional storage, control, and reordering of beverages and consumables With much love, you prepare classic and innovative cocktails as well as selected drinks from the bar menu Carrying out and monitoring daily stocktakes (small-scale inventory) Co-responsibility for a pleasant atmosphere at the bar (music, light, order) Implementation and monitoring of internal standards, checklists, and operational processes Responsibility for the proper opening and closing of the bar (including security and alarm controls) Operational support of the banquet department, including the management of events such as apéros, flying lunch/dinner, coffee breaks, as well as support with room setups Be a Candrian - Your profile: You have sound experience in gastronomy, ideally with bartender and/or barista training You have good German & English skills in spoken word. Even in hectic moments, you maintain calm and overview and convince through your resilience You are a communicative, service-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance and a strong service orientation. Flexibility for short-term assignments as well as the willingness to assist with banquets is a matter of course for you.
