It is looking for its rehabilitation and professional training center in Lausanne (av. de Provence 4) : A socioprofessional master at 80 - 90% Function : Accompaniment : In a multidisciplinary team, ensure socio-pedagogical accompaniment of young people discovering socio-professional codes. Guarantee a benevolent and secure follow-up. Set adapted objectives, stimulate their commitment and manage changing or complex situations. Management and animation of the workshop : Organize and coordinate workshop activity. Design, animate and sequence individual or group activities aimed at developing transversal and practical skills. Ensure respect for standards (hygiene, safety, ergonomics). Insertion : Prepare young people for the realities of the job market, support the search for internships, supervise outings and establish links with socio-economic actors. Teamwork : Observe, evaluate and record the evolution of beneficiaries, co-write AI reports, participate in AI assessments and team sessions, engage in a continuous improvement approach to practice.
