Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Define the strategic direction and development of the messaging and communication services portfolio within the main division Defence Platform and guarantee the long-term operational capability of the services • Design the service portfolio, write product and service descriptions and ensure that the offered services always meet the needs of users • Assume economic responsibility for the assigned products, establish profitability analyses, TCO calculations and billing models and prepare decisions regarding investment and lifecycle • Plan the lifecycle, capacity and modernization of services and identify in advance the risks related to technological changes, manufacturer strategies and regulatory requirements to ensure optimal steering • Guarantee agile product management, encourage collaboration between domains and effectively bring together the different actors from the business, architecture, security and operations sectors <br /> What makes you unique • Degree in computer science, business informatics or telecommunications (from a FH, UAS or university) and several years of experience in the strategic management of IT services • In-depth knowledge of messaging and communication platforms, in particular Microsoft Exchange and email security solutions such as FortiMail, extensive knowledge of VoIP, the SIP protocol and highly available communication networks • Proven experience in the definition, management and development of service portfolios and in the creation of product and service catalogues • Several years of experience in the strategic planning of lifecycles, capacities and roadmaps for complex IT platforms • Excellent communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills and good knowledge of the issues related to the security of sensitive infrastructures and telephony • Good knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In a few words Are you interested in the strategic development of critical communication services for security and business that meet the criteria of profitability, viability and efficiency?
