Area Leader Maintenance Intralogistics (m/f/d) Your tasks Responsibility for the daily operational availability of the conveyor and warehouse technology systems with a team of 30–40 employees, 4 team leaders as well as maintenance specialists, technicians and technical operators Leadership of the 4 team leaders with a focus on targeted employee development, competence building and a high-performance, motivated team Ensuring and controlling day-to-day business – from rapid interventions in case of malfunctions to complex repair work Leading availability initiatives for the sustainable improvement of plant availability together with the team Participation in expansion and investment projects as well as coordination between operations and project organization Close cooperation with the maintenance team and technical areas to optimize interfaces and information flow Contact person for operational logistics departments and warehouse control with clear and binding communication Responsibility for personnel, resource planning, budget control as well as recruitment and further development of the team Your skills FH/HF or university degree in a technical discipline (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, logistics technology or comparable) Several years of leadership experience in comparable positions with direct personnel responsibility for larger teams; experience in leading across multiple hierarchical levels is an advantage Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of complex intralogistics systems (conveyor technology, sorting systems, high-bay warehouses or comparable automated systems) Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders: operational logistics, warehouse control, internal specialist departments as well as external service providers Strong hands-on mentality: You are close to operations, know the challenges of your team from your own experience and lead by example Analytical thinking and systematic approach: You recognize connections, prioritize correctly in complex situations and make well-founded decisions Strong social competence, sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate and further develop employees in a demanding shift operation Build trust through consistent and reliable actions Use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Why do you start with us?
