The position is attached to the Département de la femme, de l'enfant et de l'adolescent which has the mission of offering quality care adapted to the needs of women at each stage of their lives, and to the health problems faced by newborns, children, and female and male adolescents from birth until the age of 16. It works on the development of cutting-edge services and specialized centers of competence. Within our administrative service, we wish to offer patients, the public, as well as employees, a courteous, empathetic and competent service, both on the telephone and at the various reception desks. Admissions Manager in the admissions sector - 80% The admissions sector of the Département de la femme, de l'enfant et de l'adolescent (DFEA) is looking for an employee to strengthen its team. You are the first point of contact, both on the telephone and at reception, and offer a professional, courteous and empathetic service, while demonstrating a reassuring and benevolent attitude. Your main missions consist of welcoming, informing and orienting people presenting themselves at admissions. You proceed with their administrative registration while ensuring the accuracy of the information. You manage appointment booking and coordination with the various services concerned. You perform various administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the service. You also ensure replacements within the team if necessary. This position requires availability on irregular schedules, in continuous service 24h/24 and 7j/7, including during the night. Qualifications You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a reception and administrative patient management service, and are familiar with medical terminology. Thanks to your sense of organization and your interpersonal skills, you ensure fluid coordination of administrative activities and appointments, in collaboration with healthcare professionals. You know how to prioritize requests, manage emergency or stressful situations and demonstrate a high quality of listening within a large multidisciplinary team. Your adaptability and sense of service allow you to provide appropriate responses to the requests of patients. You are proficient in standard computer software (Microsoft Office suite) and have knowledge of institutional tools (OPALE, DPI, DPA, GRECO 2), as well as the Swiss social system (LAMal, AI, etc.). You have a perfect mastery of the French language, oral and written (writing ability). You have good knowledge of English and/or several other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) which are considerable assets.
