In order to strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous IT Specialist CFC oriented towards customer satisfaction. Your mission Within our support team, you ensure the processing of our clients' requests as well as on-site and remote interventions. You participate in the maintenance and proper functioning of the IT infrastructures of SMEs in various sectors. Your responsibilities - Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to our clients. - Receive, analyze and process requests via telephone, e-mail and ticketing system. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents. - Install, configure and update workstations and peripherals. - Participate in the management of users, access and Microsoft 365 environments. - Perform technical interventions on-site. - Ensure the follow-up of tickets and the documentation of interventions. - Participate in the implementation of IT projects and client migrations. Your profile - CFC in IT or training deemed equivalent. - Experience in user support and workstation management. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. - Solid knowledge in networks and security (ideally Sophos). - Ease in contact with users and sense of service. - Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork. - Category B driving license indispensable.
