Missions
As a Legal Secretary, you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage and organize legal documents and files.
Ensure the preparation, proofreading, and layout of legal documents.
Coordinate exchanges between the different parties involved in procedures.
Organize meetings, hearings, and travel for team members.
Maintain legal databases and archives.
Ensure clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and current procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and legal processes.
Candidate Profile
As a Legal Secretary, you have the following profile:
A degree in secretarial studies, administration, or equivalent training.
Excellent command of English and French.
Previous experience in a legal or administrative environment is an asset.
Great attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
A capacity to work independently and in a team.
