For our Hinwil site, we are looking for, subject to agreement, an ambitious Handwerkstadt branch manager.

Your missions ##

• Active customer service and personal sales
• Implementation of turnover and performance objectives
• Management and promotion of the branch team
• Organization and guarantee of the smooth functioning of the branch
• Merchandise management and attractive product presentation
• Maintenance and development of local networks as well as collaboration with internal services
• Compliance with quality standards and participation in improvement processes

Your profile ##

• Completed apprenticeship in retail or in a technical trade (e.g. metal construction, carpentry)
• Further training in sales or marketing (e.g. sales specialist, technical salesperson)
• In-depth knowledge of fastening technology, tools, hardware and technical chemicals
• Impeccable command of German, both spoken and written
• Pronounced commercial skills with ease in conducting interviews and closing techniques
• Leader personality with a neat appearance, high stress resistance, motivation and pleasure in promoting the team
