This is your contribution

• Advise and support line managers in all HR processes, from personnel planning to recruitment, induction, personnel development and leadership, through to personnel exit
• As a competent contact person and sparring partner, advise line managers on legal issues regarding public personnel law, in HR management, and in demanding personnel situations, and develop practical and legally compliant solutions
• Ensure the implementation of the federal personnel policy and strategy and guarantee smooth HRM business processes for the benefit of stakeholders (line, employees, technical management, HR Service Center, etc.)
• Actively accompany change projects and support managers in change management, organizational development, and cultural change
• Prepare, analyze, and ensure the tracking of personnel data and HR key figures for superior HR controlling; process inquiries forwarded by the HR Service Center and work closely with internal partners to ensure high-quality HR services
• Contribute to ensuring the continuity of HR services by providing deputy coverage and support for complex personnel dossiers

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or a university degree with equivalent qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of HR processes, public personnel law, and in advising and accompanying line managers
• Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills with a strong service mindset and a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Open, loyal, and committed personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with different stakeholders and to move confidently in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as SAP HR knowledge
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language is an advantage

As an experienced HR Consultant, you competently support and accompany line managers throughout the entire personnel cycle. You accompany HR transformation projects, contribute to data-based HR controlling, and participate in the implementation of a modern and needs-oriented personnel policy and strategy of the Confederation.
