Hostess & PR Assistant - Summer Season 60-100%

The Hotel FIVE Zurich is looking for an F&B Hostess (m/f/d) for our Pool Bar for the summer season, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

-You are the first point of contact for our guests regarding our F&B outlets and represent our team professionally and warmly.
-Greeting, seating, and saying goodbye to our guests.
-Ensuring a smooth guest reception based on table allocation.
-Building and maintaining guest relationships as well as ensuring high guest satisfaction.
-Professional handling of guest feedback and active complaint management.
-Support in the implementation of marketing and PR activities.
-Care for VIP guests, influencers, and media representatives on site.
-Assistance in the organization and implementation of events, promotions, and special offers.
-Active promotion of the house's positive image through excellent service quality and personal appearance.

Your profile

-Initial professional experience in the F&B or guest service sector.

-High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility.

-Confident, friendly appearance and professional manners.

-Guest-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance and natural charisma.

Very good English and German skills.
